Cara pemasangan Aluminium Composit Panel :
Bahan utama yang dibutuhkan untuk pemasangan ACP adalah bahan aluminium hollow yang digunakan sebagai rangka. Rangka kemudian dipasang pada dinding dengan baut dan dynabolt.
Setelah rangka terpasang, lembaran ACP disambung dengan cara grooving , membuat goresan memanjang untuk proses menekuk/membentuk. Kemudian lembaran disekrup ke rangka baja hollow . Jangan lupa atur kerataan lembaran ini dengan menarik benang agar permukaannya tidak bergelombang.
Tutupi bagian nat pada permukaan bidang ACP dengan silicone sealant . Tujuannya agar dynabolt tidak terlihat dan menghindarkan air masuk.
Pemeliharaan:
Bersihkan ACP paling tidak 1 tahun sekali dengan pembersih khusus alumunium . Jika tak ada, maka bias menggunakan cairan pencuci piring dan hindari menggunakan deterjen atau pembersih dengan konsentrat tinggi.

Bahan Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) atau ACP Seven terdiri tiga lapisan yaitu, aluminium-polyethelin-aluminium. Ketiga lapisan ini kemudian ditekan menjadi satu.
